Custom lift manufacturing gives Interstate Lift the ability to design lifting equipment around the actual load and operating requirements of the customer. When conventional lifting equipment does not provide the necessary capacity, geometry, access, or flexibility, we can develop a purpose-built system specifically for the application.

Custom systems can incorporate fixed or portable configurations, synchronized multi-point lifting, specialized carriages and fixtures, application-specific controls, modified lifting heights, unusual column spacing, and high-capacity lifting arrangements. The design is developed around factors such as load weight, center of gravity, lifting points, available floor space, operating frequency, facility conditions, and the way personnel need to work around the equipment.

Our 20,000 lb., 24,000 lb., 30,000 lb., and 40,000 lb. column designs also provide a strong engineering platform for applications requiring substantial capacity or nonstandard configurations.
